Barrie Airshow 2019 was an amazing event, and also showed me just how badly I need a longer lens. nonetheless , I made do with my Sigma 77-300 mm telephoto, capturing some really quite interesting shots. In the airshow there was a healthy field of aircraft, ranging from old Russian trainers, to the two Canadian Forces show teams - the snowbirds and Cf-18 Demo. The show was performed over the western arm of Lake Simcoe, meaning it was farther away than some other Airshows, but was very much entertaining in spite of that.
